Fusilli recipe with red wine

Ingredients to make Fusilli with red wine:

  • 400 grams of Fuslli
  • 1 can of Mushrooms
  • 1 unit of chopped onion
  • 1 pinch of chopped parsley
  • 1 splash of Olive Oil
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Fusilli with red wine:

  1. While the pasta is being prepared, in this case the fusilli put a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan.
  2. When it is hot, add the chopped onion, leave it for about 4 minutes and add the mushrooms.
  3. Stir and add the finely chopped parsley.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a glass of red wine (if it is a good wine, better…).
  5. While the firing of the rifles is over, leave over high heat to evaporate the alcohol from the wine.
  6. To soften the flavor, add about two tablespoons of the noodle water to the sauce. Drain the pasta and pour it over the sauce.
  7. Mix a little and serve.
  8. It is a super easy recipe and it tastes great (especially for lovers of pasta and good wine).
  9. You can add a little powdered chicken broth before adding the wine.
