Ingredients to make Fusilli with pepper sauce:

  • 250 g fusilli
  • 50g onion
  • 100 g red pepper
  • 100 g green pepper
  • 100 g of natural tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar

How to make Fusilli with pepper sauce:

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
  2. Once cooked, cool it under running water and smear it with a little olive oil so that it does not stick.
  3. Sauté the diced onion in a little oil, then add the diced green and red peppers as well.
  4. When the peppers are soft, add the tomato cut into small cubes, season with salt and sugar and reserve.
  5. Add herbs and spices to taste.
  6. Remove from the heat and mix the sauce and pasta.
