- 250 g fusilli
- 50g onion
- 100 g red pepper
- 100 g green pepper
- 100 g of natural tomato
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Sugar
How to make Fusilli with pepper sauce:
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
- Once cooked, cool it under running water and smear it with a little olive oil so that it does not stick.
- Sauté the diced onion in a little oil, then add the diced green and red peppers as well.
- When the peppers are soft, add the tomato cut into small cubes, season with salt and sugar and reserve.
- Add herbs and spices to taste.
