Ingredients to make Fusilli with chicken and mushrooms:

  • 200 grams of chicken breast
  • 3 units of tomato
  • 8 units of Mushrooms
  • 1 unit of chives
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 300 grams of Fusilli

How to make Fusilli with Chicken and Mushrooms:

  1. We gather all the ingredientsto make the fusilli with chicken and mushrooms.
  2. Remember that since it is a recipe with short pasta, if you don’t have fusilli’s, you can use any other type of pasta of your choice.
  3. First of all, we make a sauce with the chopped chivesand a little olive oil. Let it brown for 3 minutes over medium heat.

  5. Add the diced chicken breast and add a little more salt. Let it cook on all sides (about 4 minutes).
