Fruit Smoothie for Summer

Ingredients to make Fruit Smoothie for summer:

  1. 1 unit of Apple
  2. ½ unit of pineapple
  3. 200 grams of Strawberry
  4. 5 units of Kiwi
  5. 1 glass of orange juice
  6. 1 unit of Lemon (juice)

  9. 2 glasses of ice

How to make Fruit Smoothie for summer:

  • The first step to prepare is natural fruit juice, the first thing you should do is wash and cut all the fruit. We do this so that when blending everything is processed more easily and everything is well crushed.
  • Place all the fruit in the blender along with the ice and water and process. Keep adding water until you get the desired texture and ice is an optional ingredient, since you can add it in the blender or directly in the glass when you are going to serve the fruit smoothie.
  • Check that the flavor of the smoothie is to your liking, it is not necessary to add sugar because the fruit already has enough sweetness but if you wish, you can add some honey or brown sugar if you think it is necessary.
