Ingredients to make Fruit Smoothie:

  • 3 units of Kiwi
  • 1 unit of golden apple
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • 2 units of Strawberry (optional)

How to make Fruit Smoothie:

  1. First of all you have to prepare the ingredients. To do this, wash and peel all the fruit. Reserve the strawberries for the final decoration.
  2. Cut the kiwis and the apple in to small pieces to facilitate the work of the blender and the result is a smoothie without lumps.
  3. Take everything to the blender and grind at maximum power for a few minutes. If you want you can add some crushed ice.
  4. Serve the fruit smoothie immediately and decorate the glass with the strawberries. Remember that you can make your own mixes using milk, ice cream or if you prefer citrus fruits, we recommend making the smoothie with yogurt.
