Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Fruit Salad:

• 1 cup of white sugar

• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

• 1 cinnamon stick

• 1/4 cup minced fresh mint

• 4 mangoes, peeled and chopped

• 4 peaches, peeled and chopped

• 1/2 cup of water

• 3 strips of lemon peel of 2.5 cm each

• 450 grams of fresh raspberries

• 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced

• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

• 1/2 cup of water

• 3 strips of lemon peel of 2.5 cm each

How to make Fruit Salad:

Place the sugar, water, lemon peel, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a small saucepan.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes. Strain and refrigerate until chilled.

Place mango, peach, apple, raspberries, mint, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a large bowl. Pour the syrup on top and mix very carefully.
