If you don’t know how to make homemade fruit pudding, you’re in luck because this time in this article we shared step-by-step recipe to get a fruit pudding in schist syrup. Serve it for breakfast, dessert or a snack on any occasion preparing it quickly and easily following the instructions.
Ingredients to make Fruit Pudding:
- 500 ml of milk
- 140 g of croissants (2 units)
- 150 g of fruits in syrup
- 8 eggs
- 100g of sugar
- For the caramel:
- 120g of sugar
- 1 splash of water
- lemon drops
- Fruits to decorate (I chose raspberries)
How to make Fruit Pudding:
- We put the sugar in the pan with a splash of water and the drops of lemon (to taste) until the liquid caramel is made.
- Remove from heat when it has acquired a golden color.
- Before it cools down, put it in the mold that we are going to use to make the fruit pudding in syrup.
- We put the milk to heat on the fire, and when it starts to rise, we add the sugar and stir. Then we beat the eggs and add it to the milk.
- Cut the croissants into small pieces.
- Tip: You could also use bread instead of croissants to prepare fruit pudding if you prefer.
- We put a little fruit in syrup in the mold, then the croissants on top, then a little more fruit and the rest of the croissants, and we complete the fruit pudding with our milk preparation
