Ingredients to make Fruit Gummies:

  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 3 large lemons
  • 3 oranges or tangerines
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin or agar for each gummy flavor (8 grams each envelope)
  • stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste (optional)
  • 1 cup of water for each flavor
  • silicone mold or glass container
  • spray oil

How to make Fruit Gummies:

  1. To start with the fruit gummies recipe, you must first choose the flavor you prefer: strawberry, lemon or orange.
  2.  So, it cleans the fruits very well. Keep in mind that you must remove the stem from the strawberries or you can use them frozen.
  3.  Peel the lemon and orange, remove the seeds if possible.
  4. To each flavor add a quarter of water and the sweetener to your liking, finally blend.
  5. When everything is blended, you can optionally strain the mixture to obtain a smoother texture. Reserve each flavor.
  6. In a container, mix 1/4 of cold water with the unflavored gelatin envelopes or the agar, let it hydrate well and let it rest for approximately 15 minutes.
  7. Microwave bowl for approximately 30 seconds.

  13. Keep in mind that if you use a silicone mold, use a dropper to facilitate emptying, and on the other hand, if you use a rectangular glass mold, you can cut into small cubes. Refrigerate until set.
