Fruit Cocktail Recipe with Avocado and Tuna Canapés

A simple appetizer, very refreshing, alcohol-free and delicious, one of those that is repeated on more than one occasion. Write down the ingredients and follow the steps that we show you to prepare this delicious fruit cocktail with avocado and tuna canapés.

Ingredients to make Fruit cocktail with canapés of avocado and tuna:

  • 2 slices of sliced ​​bread
  • 1 unit of small onion
  • ¼ unit of Avocado
  • 2 pickles in vinegar
  • 30 grams of Bonito in oil
  • 1 unit of canned piquillo pepper
  • 2 smoked salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon of Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
  • 6 drops of Lemon
  • 2 units of Oranges
  • 1 unit of Carrot
  • 1 slice of Pineapple
  • 100 milliliters of Soda and grenadine (100 of each)
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • 2 pieces of orange peel (only the orange part)

How to make Fruit cocktail with avocado and tuna canapés:

1 To give the sliced ​​bread the shape we want, cookie cutters are ideal. So, we cut them as we like and toast them on the grill on both sides.

2 Grate a little onion and avocado directly on the container that we are going to use. Add a few drops of lemon juice and mix so that the avocado does not turn black. I use micro-flat graters because they are really good for grating this type of food. We also grate the pickles in vinegar and crumble the tuna a little, with our hands or a fork.

3 Cut the half piquillo pepper into thin strips. Then, we cut these strips into very small pieces, add them to the previous bowl and mix everything with the ketchup and mayonnaise. We put mounds on each slice of toast and place the strips of smoked salmon on top.

4 Blend the carrot, pineapple and oranges to start preparing the fruit cocktail.

5 Once this is done, we distribute the liquid in two glasses, add the ice cubes, the soda, the grenadine, a piece of orange peel and mix with a teaspoon so that the ingredients are integrated.
