The frozen yogurt cake is made from natural fruits and without added sugar. It is a healthy and refreshing dish for children and they will also love it. We hope you enjoy preparing (and eating) this natural fruit ice cream!
Ingredients to make frozen yogurt cake:
- 4 units of plain sweetened yogurt or soy yogurt
- 250 grams of Banana
- 250 grams of Papaya
- 250 grams of Strawberries
- 250 grams of Raspberries
How to make frozen yogurt cake:
- We gather all the ingredients to make the frozen yogurt cake.
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and chop them. Arrange the strawberries in a glass for the blender and beat them together with 4 tablespoons of yogurt.
- Pour the beaten strawberries into a rectangular mold about 4-5 fingers deep, which we have previously lined with non-stick paper. We put the mixture in the freezer for a minimum of 20 minutes.
- Peel the bananas, chop them and put them in the blender glass (which we have washed). Mix with 4 tablespoons of yogurt and beat until there are no lumps. If you use ripe bananas, better.
- We take the mold out of the freezer and touch it with our finger. The top layer has to be hard so that the next layer does not sink. At this time we pour the banana mixture and put it back in the freezer for another 20 minutes.
- To continue preparing the ice cream cake, we wait for the 20 minutes to pass, and then we do the same operation with the raspberries: wash them, beat them with 4 tablespoons of yogurt and pour the mixture into the mold. If the raspberries are very sour you can put sugar to taste. We put the frozen yogurt cake in the freezer for another 20 minutes.
- Finally, we peel the papaya, remove the central bones, cut it into small pieces and mix it with 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt. Pour the papaya mixture into the mold and put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
- Once the freezing time has passed, we unmold the frozen yogurt cake and you can now serve it. When eating this cake it is convenient to take it out of the freezer 15 minutes before so that it is not too cold and compact.
