Fried sole recipe with pine nuts

Ingredients to make Fried sole with pine nuts:

  • 4 units of Sole of 200 grams each
  • 40 grams of pine nuts
  • 180 grams of lettuce leaves
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ glass of dry white wine
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Flour to coat
  • 1 branch of parsley

How to make Fried sole with pine nuts:

  1. The soles must be clean and peeled to make our work easier. We will start the recipe by washing and drying the sole well. Then, we will pass them through flour and shake them slightly to expel the excess flour.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the sole for 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Meanwhile, we wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Then we cut them into strips.
  4. Add the strips of lettuce and the pine nuts to the pan where we have the fried sole. Add salt and pepper to taste and bathe them with white wine. We cover the bread.
  5. Let cook over low heat for approximately 6-7 minutes. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
  6. When the soles are ready, we serve them on a platter and add the fried pine nuts on top. Also sprinkle the chopped parsley.
