Ingredients to make Fried Salad:

  • Beans
  • Carrots
  • Green
  • Peas
  • Celery sticks
  • Paprika
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Diced chicken
  • Diced pork
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt

How to make Fried Salad:

Cut the carrot, julienne beans, and fry in the olive oil. Apart fry the minced garlic, the celery from Spain, the pepper and salt-cook the pork and the chicken breast, cut into squares. Stir, the fried vegetables, the stew reserved, the chicken and pork cooked in squares, finally add finely chopped parsley or cilantro. Serve with white rice and French fries.

Date: You can serve the fat-free broth with toast or crackers.
