Fried rice with vegetables recipe

Ingredients for Vegetable Fried Rice:

  • 500 grams of cooked white rice
  • 150 grams of cooked peas
  • 100 grams of cooked beans
  • 100 grams of cooked carrot
  • 150 grams of whole mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 150 grams of Sesame
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Vegetable Fried Rice:

  1. To start making our fried rice with vegetables, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Chop the garlic cloves very finely to prepare our recipe.
  3. Wash and cut the mushrooms into thick slices. Reserve.
  4. Place a skillet over medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil and fry the mushrooms. Sauté for approximately three to four minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the cooked vegetables (carrots, peas and beans). Add the finely chopped garlic. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
  6. Remove the vegetables and reserve to be able to add them later in our fried rice.
  7. Add the rest of the olive oil and add our white rice. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
  8. Add the vegetables and fry for five more minutes over medium-low heat. Turn off the fire.
  9. Serve our fried rice with vegetables accompanied with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
