Fried rice with egg and bacon recipe

Next I am going to teach you how to prepare a recipe that I share with which the whole family will suck their fingers. It is a fried rice with egg and bacon that we can prepare in a very short time and on any occasion, since it goes well with many dishes and we can accompany it with a healthy salad, for example, to complete a meal.

Ingredients to make Bacon and Egg Fried Rice:

  • 2 glasses of rice
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of Curry
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of hot paprika
  • teriyaki sauce
  • Sugar

How to make Bacon and Egg Fried Rice:

  1. The first step we have to do to prepare this fried rice with egg and bacon is to put the curry to taste in a saucepan with water, and a pinch of hot paprika and black pepper to our liking.
  2. Next, we put the two glasses of rice in the saucepan with the water and bring them to a boil until ready (about 15 minutes of cooking for boiled rice).
  3. While the rice is cooking, fry the bacon in a pan, cut it into small pieces and set aside.
  4. Then on a plate we beat the eggs adding a splash of teriyaki sauce and a pinch of sugar. This way the fried rice with bacon and tortilla will have a touch of delicious flavor.
  5. In the same bacon pan that we used before, we make the fried rice tortilla by making it a scramble.
  6. Next, remove the previously prepared rice from the water and add it to the pan, along with the scrambled eggs and bacon. We add teriyaki sauce to the whole and fry it for 5 minutes.
  7. We serve the fried rice with egg and bacon and enjoy!
