Ingredients to make fried rice three delights:

  • 4 cups of cooked rice (700 grams)
  • 200 grams of peeled prawns
  • 8 tablespoons of Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of sherry
  • 3 units of chives chopped
  • 2 units of Egg
  • 1 cup of cooked peas
  • 1 small glass of chopped York ham
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

How to make Fried Rice three delights:

  1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a wok or frying pan and sauté the minced garlic. As soon as it turns colored, add the prawns cut into 1 cm pieces. Sauté them, stirring, until they are almost cooked and turn pink.
  2. Add the sherry and, as soon as it stops hissing, remove the prawns and reserve them.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and season. Stir the rice in a separate bowl so that it is loose.
  4. Put two tablespoons of oil in a wok or frying pan, add the spring onions and fry them for 1 minute. Add the beaten eggs and stir with a wooden spatula until dry and loose.
  5. Add the rice to the wok and mix well. Add the soy sauce and ham, stirring constantly. Then add the prawns and mix. Leave on the fire until all the ingredients are heated well.
