Ingredients to make Fried Rice Noodles:
- half a kilo of fresh prawns
- half a kilo of fresh noodles
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 dried pork sausages
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 chopped red chilies
- 1/4 kilo of minced pork
- 150 grams of young garlic in pieces
- 3 lightly beaten eggs
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 150 grams of bean sprouts without the tips
How to make Fried Rice Noodles:
- Cut the sausages into very thin slices Peel the prawns – Heat oil in a pan, fry the sausages, until golden and crisp
- Heat the oil and sauté the garlic, onion, chilli and grilled pork for 2 minutes
- Add the prawns and stir until they change color
- Mix the noodles, spring garlic and kecap manis and stir until smooth the noodles begin to soften.
- Pour in the eggs and vinegar and stir for 2 minutes, making sure that the noodles do not stick.
- Add the bean sprouts and stir – Spread the noodles in a bowl, place the sausages on top
- Season with some young garlic.
