Fried Rice Noodles Recipe

Ingredients to make Fried Rice Noodles:

  • half a kilo of fresh prawns
  • half a kilo of fresh noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 dried pork sausages
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 chopped red chilies
  • 1/4 kilo of minced pork
  • 150 grams of young garlic in pieces
  • 3 lightly beaten eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 150 grams of bean sprouts without the tips

How to make Fried Rice Noodles:

  1. Cut the sausages into very thin slices Peel the prawns – Heat oil in a pan, fry the sausages, until golden and crisp
  2. Heat the oil and sauté the garlic, onion, chilli and grilled pork for 2 minutes
  3. Add the prawns and stir until they change color
  4. Mix the noodles, spring garlic and kecap manis and stir until smooth the noodles begin to soften.
  5. Pour in the eggs and vinegar and stir for 2 minutes, making sure that the noodles do not stick.
  6. Add the bean sprouts and stir – Spread the noodles in a bowl, place the sausages on top
  7. Season with some young garlic.
