Fried marinated dogfish recipe

Ingredients to make Fried Marinated Dogfish:

  • 1 kilo of clean dogfish.
  • 4 cloves of garlic.
  • A glass of white vinegar.
  • A tablespoon of paprika.
  • Oregano
  • I jumped.
  • 100 grams of flour.
  • 2 dl of olive oil.

How to make Fried Marinated Dogfish:

  1. Make a mash with the garlic, a handful of salt, the oregano and the paprika.
  2. Cut the dogfish into slices, place them in a bowl and smear them with the mashed potatoes together with the vinegar.
  3. Let marinate for about eight hours in the refrigerator, allowing the fish to soak up the marinade well.
  4. To fry the fish, clean the fish slices from the marinade very well, lightly flour them and pass them through the pan with very hot olive oil.
  5. Once fried, we remove them to a tray with kitchen paper so that they drain and later we serve them on a tray.
  6. If we want we can make a refried with the marinade and accompany the fish with this refried.
