Fried Hake Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients to make fried hake sandwich:

• 1/2 loaf of soft bread

• 1 fresh hake loin, skin and bones removed

• Fine salt

• Flour

• 1 beaten egg

• Olive oil

• Mayonnaise

How to make fried hake sandwich:

Fry the previously seasoned hake, and pass it through flour and beaten egg in a frying pan with hot oil. Open the bread in half and add the freshly fried hake. Give a final touch with a tablespoon of mayonnaise, cover with the rest of the bread and serve.
