  • 1 green banana
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chili
  • 2 sprigs of coriander
  • 1 pound of Meat for soup or Beans
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

How to make Fried Green Plantain Soup:

  1. The first step is to peel and cut the banana into slices. For this soup recipe we will use a large banana.
  2. Now heat a pan with oil and fry the banana slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side. After this time, remove from the pan and flatten the slices with a rolling pin or kitchen board.
