Ingredients to make Fried Frog Legs:

  • 24 frog legs
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 milliliters of oil for frying
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sprig of parsley

How to make Fried Frog Legs:

First, wash the frog legs well. Then, season with salt and pepper to taste and let them marinate in the lemon juice for approximately 15 minutes. After the time, remove the legs from the juice, put a little flour on one plan and the beaten egg with the chopped parsley on another. Coat the frog legs by passing them first through the flour and then through the egg. To make them crispier, make a second batter. Heat the oil and, when hot, fry the battered frog legs until they are done. Reserve the legs on absorbent paper to remove excess oil and serve hot. You can accompany the fried frog legs with caramelized onions or sautéed vegetables and barbecue sauce.
