  • 24 frog legs
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 milliliters of oil for frying
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sprig of parsley

How to make Fried Frog Legs:

First, wash the frog legs well. Then, season with salt and pepper to taste and let them marinate in the lemon juice for approximately 15 minutes. After the time, remove the legs from the juice, put a little flour on one plan and the beaten egg with the chopped parsley on another.
