Fried Broad Beans with Bacon Recipe

Ingredients to make fried broad beans with bacon:

  • 800 g of fresh broad beans
  • 80g of bacon
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ bell pepper
  • 1 chorizo ​​pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • Nutmeg
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

How to make fried broad beans with bacon:

  1. Cook the beans with water and salt for 25 to 30 minutes.
  2. Separately, we make a sauce with the onion, the spring garlic, the red pepper and the bacon, all chopped.
  3. Add a tablespoon of flour and fry.
  4. We also add a tablespoon of chorizo ​​pepper meat.
  5. Next, add the cooked and drained beans.
  6. Sauté everything together with a pinch of nutmeg and let cook for 5 minutes and serves.
