Ingredients to make Fried Squid:
- 1 and 1/2 gr. small squid
- 1 dl of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 3 garlic cloves crushed or finely minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour to coat
- 1 or 2 lemons to your liking
How to make Fried Squid:
- Clean the squid by splitting them, removing the parts inside that contain a bag of ink and a feather and the thin outer skin.
- Wash them, dry them between two cloths, lightly flour them and fry them over a fairly high heat, stirring often.
- When they are tender, they are done, season them with salt and pepper, sprinkle them with the minced garlic-parsley and serve them with lemon.
