Fried baby squid recipe

Ingredients to make Fried Squid:

  • 1 and 1/2 gr. small squid
  • 1 dl of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed or finely minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour to coat
  • 1 or 2 lemons to your liking

How to make Fried Squid:

  1. Clean the squid by splitting them, removing the parts inside that contain a bag of ink and a feather and the thin outer skin.
  2. Wash them, dry them between two cloths, lightly flour them and fry them over a fairly high heat, stirring often.
  3. When they are tender, they are done, season them with salt and pepper, sprinkle them with the minced garlic-parsley and serve them with lemon.
