Fresh tuna salad with mayonnaise recipe

Ingredients to make fresh tuna salad with mayonnaise:

• 1 kilogram of fresh Tuna or Marlin

• ¼ kilogram of red onion

• 4 pieces of Celery

• 1 bunch of Cilantro (to taste)

• 1 bunch of parsley (to taste)

• 1 handful of Rajas pickled chili

• 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise

• 1 pinch of salt and pepper

• 2 garlic cloves

• ¼ kilogram of white onion

How to make fresh tuna salad with mayonnaise:

Cook the marlin or tuna in boiling water with the white onion, garlic and salt. When it is cooked, it is drained with the help of a strainer and before it cools down it is crumbled and put to cool.

Separately, finely chop the cilantro, parsley, purple onion, the chili slices and the previously chopped celery into small cubes. Then, all the ingredients are mixed together with the fish and seasoned to taste with salt and pepper.

Finally the mayonnaise is added, the amount can vary to taste. You can also use lactose or homemade mayonnaise.

Serve and enjoy the fresh tuna salad with mayonnaise. It can be accompanied with vegetable rice and crackers.
