Ingredients to make Fresh Soup:

  • 1 package of cooked elbow pasta
  • 1/4 Virginia ham
  • 1/4 Kraft yellow cheese
  • 1 can of yellow corn
  • 1 can of bell pepper
  • 1 large stick of celery
  • 1 cup cream or half cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • pepper to taste

How to make Fresh Soup:

  1. Once the soup is cooked, it is drained and allowed to cool, meanwhile, the ham, the yellow cheese and the celery are chopped into small squares.
  2. The bell pepper is drained and finely chopped, these ingredients are added to the soup, stirred so that they are even.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream and mayonnaise, season to taste with salt and pepper and add to the soup, wrapping with the mixture so that the whole soup is bathed and that’s it.
