Fresh Salmon Ceviche Recipe

In this recipe we bring a refreshing option to prepare salmon. We are going to make a marinade with tomato and lemon with which we will “cook” the fish, giving it a special touch with cilantro. Let’s see the ingredients and step by step of this easy salmon ceviche recipe.

Ingredients to make Fresh Salmon Ceviche:

  • 500 grams of fresh salmon
  • 7 units of Lemons
  • 2 units of red onion
  • 1 pinch of fresh parsley
  • 1 package of Banana Chips
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of red pepper
  • 1 pinch of powdered ginger

How to make Fresh Salmon Ceviche:

  1. The first step to make our recipe is to prepare the ingredients for the homemade ceviche.
  2. Remove the salmon skin and cut into medium squares. Reserve the fish in a bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice to our fish and leave it to marinate for approximately 20 to 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Once this time has elapsed, add the red onion in feathers to the preparation as shown in the photograph.
  5. Add the finely chopped fresh parsley and mix all the ingredients very well.
  6. Finally add a pinch of salt, red pepper and ground ginger. Mix the ingredients very well and rectify the flavor if necessary by adding more of any of the ingredients.
  7. Serve our salmon ceviche garnishing each plate with a little green plantain chips. This dish can be served as a starter or fort of any dinner.
