Fresh Pot Recipe from Albacete
Ingredients to make Fresh Pot of Albacete:
- For 4 people:
- 200 g of white beans.
- 350 g of backbone.
- 350 g of pork tail.
- 200 g of fresh bacon.
- 200g of potatoes.
- 100 g of turnip.
- 200 g of cabbage.
- 2 fresh blood sausages.
- 200 grams of onion.
- 1 head of garlic.
How to make Fresh Pot of Albacete:
We soak the beans the day before.

With the same soaking water we cook all the ingredients except the potato, the turnip and the cabbage.
