This super easy salad to make has nothing more than a couple of finely chopped vegetables, where the cucumber is undoubtedly the protagonist along with a little low-fat fresh cheese. Ingredients to make Fresh Cucumber and Cheese Salad:
• ½ Tomato
• 1 piece of onion (optional)
• ½ Cucumber
• 1 piece of pepper
• 1 piece of low-fat fresh cheese
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 1 jet of olive oil
• 1 pinch of salt
How to make Fresh Cucumber and Cheese Salad:
We gather all the ingredients in the kitchen and when we have them, we cut all the vegetables into cubes. I prefer not to use onion because I don’t like the taste of raw onion, but if you like it, go ahead, this type of salad always has it.
As for the amount of fresh cheese, if you buy the one that eats in portions of 6, just one will be enough for the salad. You can also use feta cheese.
