Fresh Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Fresh Chicken Salad:

• 1 precooked and chopped chicken breast

• Lettuce

• Cabbage network

• 1 tomato

• 1/2 onion

• 1 egg

For the dressing:

• 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

• 2 tablespoons of corn oil

• Chives

• Salt

• Pepper

How to make Fresh Chicken Salad:

List the ingredients. Cook the egg for 8 minutes, peel and cut in half. Wash the lettuce, drain and cut. Cut the onion and cabbage into julienne strips. Wash and cut the tomato. Chop the chives.

In a bowl add the mayonnaise, chives, corn oil, salt and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are integrated. Assemble the salad reserving the dressing until serving time. And enjoy!
