Fresh Cherry Tart Recipe

Fresh cherries are ideal for preparing healthy fruit tarts. We have combined them with milk, cream, egg and flour, and we have made a dessert with cherries that is very easy and quick to prepare.

The fresh cherry pie that we propose in this article is made in 10 minutes (plus cooking time) and is made with ingredients that we have at home. Also, this fruit tart is a very healthy recipe that can save you any impromptu dinner. Take note!

Ingredients to make Fresh Cherry Tart:

  • 9 Cherries
  • 50 grams of Sugar (¼ cup)
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 100 milliliters of Cream
  • 1 egg
  • 30 grams of flour
  • 1 pinch of Butter

How to make Fresh Cherry Tart:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the fresh cherry tart. On this occasion we have prepared individual cakes. Before starting with the cherry dessert, we preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  2. Tip: Keep in mind that in some countries the cream is known as milk cream.
  3. The first step to make this fruit tart is to grease the molds with a little butter.
  4. In a bowl, beat the egg and mix it with the liquid cream. We move well with some rods so that the mass of the cherry pie is perfect. We can use manual or electric rods.
  5. Next, we add the cinnamon, sugar and flour, in this order. We continue mixing well with the rods until there are no lumps. If you do not want to put cinnamon, you can replace it with a few drops of vanilla essence. For this step, we recommend the use of manual whisks, since the electric ones will spread the flour throughout the bowl.
  6. Remove the stone from the cherries and place them in the bottom of the molds arranged in halves.
  7. Fill the molds with the mixture in the bowl and put the cherry tarts in the oven at 165ºC for 20-25 minutes.
