Fresh cheese and tomato salad recipe

A fresh salad is always a good option to combat the high temperatures in summer while eating healthy. we want to teach you how to prepare a delicious fresh cheese and tomato salad, don’t miss it!

Ingredients to make fresh cheese and tomato salad:

• 2 handfuls of lettuce leaves

• 1 unit of Carrot

• 1 unit of Chicory

• 1 handful of onion rings

• 1 jet of olive oil

• 1 splash of Vinegar

• 1 handful of chopped walnuts

• 1 handful of diced Italian cheese

• 1 unit of boiled egg

• 2 units of Tomatoes

How to make fresh cheese and tomato salad:

To prepare this fresh salad, cut the lettuce leaves with your hands, trying to get the same size. Wash, drain, and place in a salad bowl. Peel the carrot and cut it julienne, add it to the lettuce. Wash the chicory, chop it and add it to the dish. Also add the onion rings and mix these ingredients. If you prefer, you can julienne the onion instead of rings. Season, to taste, with the oil and vinegar.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place them on top of the salad. Distribute chopped nuts and cheese cubes.

Remove the shell of the boiled egg and cut it into quarters or, if you prefer, grate it directly on the fresh salad. Finally, dress the fresh cheese and tomato salad to taste with the olive oil and vinegar.
