Ingredients to make fredolics soup with meatballs:
- 1 onion
- a few fredolics
- 1 liter of chicken broth
- Pepper
- 1 egg
- flour
- 200 grams of minced meat (pork and beef)
- oil
- Salt
How to make Fredolics Soup with Meatballs:
- We cut the fredolics into small pieces.
- In a paella pan, fry the onion and add the fredolics.
- Add the fredolics to the broth and whisk everything together.
- Mix the minced meat, together with the egg, a little salt and pepper.
- We make the little balls, helping us with the flour.
- Add the pellets to the broth and let it boil for about 20 minutes.
- At the end of everything, we add a little noodles and that’s it.
