Fredolics soup with meatballs recipe

Ingredients to make fredolics soup with meatballs:

• 1 onion
• a few fredolics
• 1 liter of chicken broth
• Pepper
• 1 egg
• flour
• 200 grams of minced meat (pork and beef)
• oil
• Salt

How to make Fredolics Soup with Meatballs:

1. We cut the fredolics into small pieces.
2. In a paella pan, fry the onion and add the fredolics.
3. Add the fredolics to the broth and whisk everything together.
4. Mix the minced meat, together with the egg, a little salt and pepper.
5. We make the little balls, helping us with the flour.
6. Add the pellets to the broth and let it boil for about 20 minutes.
7. At the end of everything, we add a little noodles and that’s it.
