Ingredients to make Cappuccino frappe:
- 1 cup of cold coffee
- 200 grams of vanilla ice cream
- White sugar
- Ice
- 100 milliliters of Cream of milk or cream
How to make Cappuccino frappe:
- The first step to make our frappe coffee recipe is to prepare the ingredients. Although the original recipe is made with vanilla ice cream, I wanted to make a different recipe and used coconut ice cream.
- Transfer the cold coffee and ice to a blender or processor. Mix the ingredients well.
- Add the vanilla ice cream or the ice cream of your preference that you want to use and blend well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk cream with the sugar and beat until the ingredients are integrated.
- Serve our frappe coffee in glasses as shown in the photograph.
- Add a spoonful of heavy cream or whipped cream with the sugar over the frappe cappuccino and, if you wish, you can decorate with a little ground coffee on top or coffee beans. It is ideal to accompany butter or cinnamon cookies.
