Four cheese ravioli recipe

Ingredients to make Ravioli four cheeses:

  • 1/2 cup of grated quarry cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Roquefort cheese
  • 1 cup double cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 200 ravioli

How to make Four Cheese Ravioli:

  1. Melt the butter in a pot
  2. Remove it from the heat and add the flour and milk, stirring continuously so as not to form lumps.
  3. Bring it to the heat and add the Gruyere, Parmesan, Cuartirolo and Roquefort cheeses, the double cream and a pinch of pepper.
  4. Heat and stir continuously without letting it boil.
  5. Serve over cooked and drained ravioli.
