Flourless Brownie Recipe

  • ½ cup dried black beans
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 100 cubic centimeters of cooking water from the beans, water or orange juice
  • 55 grams of bran or oat flakes
  • ½ dessert spoon of baking powder
  • ¼ dessert spoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa

How to make Flourless Brownie:

  1. To start preparing this flourless homemade brownie recipe, start by soaking the beans for 12 hours in the fridge.
  2.  Then, change the soaking water and cook them for 30 minutes or until they are tender. Strain them and reserve them.
  3.  You can save 100 cc of the cooking water to process them.
  4. You could also use canned beans. In that case, rinse them with water and set them aside.
  5. Process the beans with the liquids (water, oil, sweetener) until the grains are almost imperceptible.
  6. Turn the previous preparation into a large container and add the dry ingredients: oats, cornstarch, cocoa, baking powder and bicarbonate.
  7. Integrate them well.
  8. Hack: For a creamier consistency, you can process the oats or buy them processed as oatmeal.
  9. Prepare a 25 x 5 cm mold with vegetable dew.
  10.  Pour the preparation of your healthy brownie into it and cook it in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
