Ingredients to make Fitness oatmeal crepes:

  • 50 grams of oatmeal
  • 3 units of egg whites
  • 1 envelope of sweeteners without calories
  • 80 milliliters of almond milk
  • 1 pinch of Cinnamon

How to make Fitness Oatmeal Crepes:

  1. Before making this fitness recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients. Remember that if you want these crepes to be gluten-free, you must verify that the oatmeal is suitable for celiac.
  2. In a blender add the oat flour and the egg whites, process everything very well until the ingredients are integrated.
  3. To finish with the dough for the crepes, add the almond milk, the ground cinnamon and the calorie-free sweetener. Process again until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  4. Continuing with the oatmeal crepes, in a non-stick pan, add a little of the mixture and spread very well until it is half a centimeter thick.
  5. Cook over very low heat for 3 minutes.
  6. Tip: You can spread a little sunflower oil in the pan if you wish.
  7. Make a roll with the crepes and cook for another minute.
  8. Finally serve the fitness oatmeal crepes and enjoy.
