- 1 tilapia fillet
- 1 unit egg
- 50 gr wheat flour
- 80 gr parmesan cheese
- 50g bread crumb
- 100ml sunflower oil

How to make Parmesan Fish Sticks:
- Before making the Parmesan breaded sticks, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
- Cut the tilapia into thick strips, trying to make them all the same size. For the breading, pass the salted and peppered fish sticks, the flour, the beaten egg and finally the breadcrumbs mixed with the Parmesan cheese.
- Once they are all ready, take them to the fridge for 30 minutes so that they are firm when frying.
- After this time, fry the fish sticks in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden. When they are ready, pass through absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
