Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. If you can’t find tilpia you can use any type of white fish.
In a plate, mix the fine herbs (laurel, rosemary, oregano, thyme, etc.), the paprika and the bread crumbs.
Cut the fish into slightly thick sticks, season with salt and pepper and pass through the flour, the beaten egg and the mixture of the bread crumbs until it is well breaded.
In a frying pan add the olive oil, heat over medium heat; fry the fish sticks for 1 minute until golden.
Pass the sticks through absorbent paper, serve and enjoy, accompanied with a delicious yogurt and cucumber sauce.
