Ingredients to make Fish Stew with Rice:
- 1 kg croaker
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) margarine
- 1 1/2 cup(s) rice
- 1 lemon(s), its juice
- 1/2 onion(s) finely chopped
- 3 eggs)
- 5 tablespoon(s) cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Fish Stew with Rice:
- Cook the fish over low heat for 20 minutes with 3 tbsp. of lemon juice, margarine, salt and pepper.
- With the rice make grained rice.
- Shred the fish; remove all the bones it has.
- Fry the onion in a little margarine.
- Join the fish to the rice, onion, the juice of the two lemons, egg yolks and cream.
- Beat the whites to snow and stir with the previous preparation.
- Pour into a greased mold and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the oven and bake the preparation for approximately 30 minutes.
