Fish recipe with Turkish puff pastry

Ingredients to make Fish with Turkish puff pastry:

  • Bass fillets two per serving
  • Pistachio desired amount
  • Dried raisins (dark and light)
  • Fresh mint desired amount
  • Lemon slices required amount
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • puff cake 1
  • beaten eggs 1

How to make Fish with Turkish puff pastry:

  1. The puff pastry is placed, on top of the dough a sea bass fish fillet.
  2. Then pistachios, dried raisins, fresh mint leaves and some lemon wedges, and butter are placed on top.
  3. Place the other fillet on top in the form of a sandwich and wrap the dough.
  4. It is painted with beaten egg and baked.
