Fish Recipe with Chickpeas and Potatoes

Ingredients to make Fish with Chickpeas and Potatoes:

  • 300g Salmon fillet
  • ½ can 120 g Chickpeas
  • 5 tablespoons Olive Oil 50 g
  • 100g potatoes
  • Parsley several sprigs
  • 1 teaspoon dietary salt
  • 100g ripe tomato
  • 1 heaping teaspoon oregano
  • 10 pitted olives
  • 100 g chopped onion
  • basil several leaves
  • Garlic 3 coarse cloves 20 g
  • 50 g fresh or frozen peas
  • Ground chili 1 teaspoon tip

How to make Fish with Chickpeas and Potatoes:

  1. Cook 7 minutes in the microwave, in a little water without salt, the Potato and the Peas.
  2. Cut the Fish.
  3. Cook it 5 minutes. In the microwave with 3 tablespoons of oil.
  4. Cook 3 minutes in the microwave in large Pyrex the onion with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  5. Add in the same Pyrex the Tomato, the Parsley, the Oregano, the Basil, the Salt and the Hot Pepper.
  6. Continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
  7. Immediately combine the chopped Potato, the Peas, the Chickpeas and the cooked Fish.
  8. Mix and eventually heat.
  9. Crush the Garlic, cut the Olives into small pieces, mix them with the food and serve.
