Fish recipe to the gardener

Ingredients to make Fish to the gardener:

  • 8 slices of hake
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 3 canned peeled tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of meat concentrate (Bovril type)
  • 250 gr. of green beans
  • 250 gr. shrimp
  • 100 gr. of peas
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • oil
  • salted

How to make Fish to the gardener:

  1. Cook the peas and beans in water and salt. Drain and reserve a glass of the brother. Peel and chop the onion and chop the tomatoes.
  2. Wash and remove the seeds and cut the red peppers into strips. Season the fish and sprinkle it with the lemon juice.
