Ingredients to make Fish to the gardener:
- 8 slices of hake
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 3 red bell peppers
- 3 canned peeled tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of meat concentrate (Bovril type)
- 250 gr. of green beans
- 250 gr. shrimp
- 100 gr. of peas
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Fish to the gardener:
- Cook the peas and beans in water and salt. Drain and reserve a glass of the brother. Peel and chop the onion and chop the tomatoes.
- Wash and remove the seeds and cut the red peppers into strips. Season the fish and sprinkle it with the lemon juice.
