How to make Fish Pudding with Thermo mix:
To start preparing the fish pudding, the first thing you should do is divide the crab sticks into two parts and chop one of the parts for 6 seconds at speed 4. Reserve on a separate plate.
Now place all the oil in the glass together with the onion, pepper, garlic and canned tomatoes, previously drained. Program the Thermo mix for 10 seconds at speed 4 and when everything is well crushed, program again but for 5 minutes, at a temperature of 100º and speed 2. After these first few minutes, add the hake and the chopped sticks that we had reserved. Program the machine for 3 minutes with the same temperature of 100º and speed 2. Then add the milk, eggs, flour, stock cubes and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything for 15 seconds at speed 6 and then program for 5 minutes, temperature of 90º and speed 5.
Be careful with the salt, since the bouillon cubes will already add some salt to the preparation. When you’re done with this step, let the fish pudding mixture sit for a bit until it comes to room temperature. Then program the Thermo mix again for 15 seconds and speed 9. Help yourself with the spatula so that the result is finer and more homogeneous. To finish preparing this delicious fish pudding with Thermo mix, you just have to empty the contents of the glass into a crown mold or any that you have on hand and let it rest until it sets. Then unmold and decorate with a little homemade mayonnaise or pink gratin sauce and the final touch will be given by the rest of the crab sticks that we have not used.
