You should know that there are many ways to prepare fish and, without a doubt, the seafood one is one of the most chosen, not only because of its unbeatable flavor, but also because it is easy and practical to solve a lunch or dinner when you have little time. In addition, the fish suitable for frying are various. The most chosen are: hake, sole, brutal, sea chicken, haddock, among others. For this recipe, it is important to buy them filleted and boneless. As for the accompaniment, there are also many possibilities that we will show you below.
Ingredients to make fish marinara:

- 2 boneless fish fillets
- ½ cup flour (70 grams)
- 1 egg
- amount of oil needed for frying

- ½ cup white rice
- 2½ cups of water (600 milliliters)
- 1 small onion
- 2 handfuls of chopped spinach
- pepper to taste
- nutmeg to taste
How to make fish sailors:
- To start with the seafood fish recipe, first peel and chop the onion. Next, sauté it with a tablespoon of oil in the saucepan and then cook the rice.
- When the onion has browned, remove from the heat, and then add the rice and water. Stir and take to the fire again to cook the rice. The cooking time will depend on the variety of rice you have chosen; in this case we have used “double Carolina” which takes about 10 minutes.
- When the rice is cooked, remove from the heat, add the chopped raw spinach and mix with the rice. Season to taste with pepper and nutmeg. Then reserve.
- Beat the egg in one container and place the flour in another. Keep in mind that the containers must have the necessary size so that the fish fillets can be placed well.
- Coat the fillets by passing them in the flour and then in the egg and again in the flour.
- Heat the oil and when it is hot, dip the fish shells.
- When the fish is golden on both sides, remove the shells and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
