Fish in white sauce recipe

Ingredients to make Fish in white sauce:

  • 4 slices of salmon
  • 1 onion
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 glass of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 8 tomatoes
  • A few endive leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • oil
  • salted

How to make Fish in white sauce:

  1. Peel and chop the onion, sauté it in a saucepan with a drizzle of oil. Pour in the wine and cook until reduced by half. Add the brother and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the flour and mix well with the brother. Let cook a few minutes. Drizzle with the lemon juice and allow reducing slightly. Sprinkle with parsley.
