Ingredients to make Fish in white sauce:
- 4 slices of salmon
- 1 onion
- 2 lemons
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 glass of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 8 tomatoes
- A few endive leaves
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

How to make Fish in white sauce:
- Peel and chop the onion, sauté it in a saucepan with a drizzle of oil. Pour in the wine and cook until reduced by half. Add the brother and bring to a boil.
- Add the flour and mix well with the brother. Let cook a few minutes. Drizzle with the lemon juice and allow reducing slightly. Sprinkle with parsley.
