Ingredients to make Grouper fisherman:

  • 1 kilogram of Groupers
  • 150 grams of Prawns
  • 1 kilogram of mussels
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 kilogram of fried tomato
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • flower

  • Pepper

How to make Grouper to the fisherwoman:

  1. Season the grouper fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Then, we pass them through flour to fry them in a pan with plenty of oil.
  2. Once golden, we transfer them to a clay pot. We take the pan where we fry the grouper, remove a little oil and add the wine. We put it to heat over medium heat for a few minutes to be consumed.
  3. Add the crushed garlic, the peeled prawns, the shelled mussels and the fried tomato to the pan and cook.
  4. We bring the seafood to a boil and quickly transfer it all to the casserole where we have the grouper. Bake the grouper a la pescadora for 10 minutes at medium temperature.
  5. When it is ready, the clay pot is brought to the table so that each diner can serve the grouper.
