Fish fillets with mango recipe

Ingredients to make Mango Fish Fillets:

  • 2 fish brother tablets
  • 500 grams of fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 2 dessert spoons of Butter
  • 1 unit of bighead onion
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 cup of Celery
  • ½ unit of red pepper
  • 1 unit of ripe Mango
  • 100 cubic centimeters of white wine

How to make Mango Fish Fillets:

  1. Marinate with the oil, the lemon juice and the pepper for 10 minutes, the fish fillets, separately, fry the big-headed onion, garlic, celery, red pepper and mango in the butter for 3 minutes
  2. Add the wine and brother.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a refractory pan with the previous preparation, take to the oven preheated to 180º Celsius for 20 minutes or until the fillets are cooked.
  4. Serve right away.
