In this recipe you will learn how to make fish fillets with peppers but with a very original presentation. They are peppers stuffed with fish, made with tilapia or grouper, chimichurri sauce and smoked peppers. - 2 Tilapia or grouper fillets
- 1 unit of red pepper
- 1 unit of Lemon
- 50 milliliters of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper

- 1 pinch of oregano
- 80 milliliters of sunflower oil
How to make Fish Fillet with Pepper:
- Before making these appetizers with fish, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- To smoke the pepper, place it on the fire until it is totally black. Let rest for a few minutes and with a knife remove all the burned part, reserve the smoked pepper.
- To make the chimichurri, mix the parsley and finely chopped garlic, add the sunflower oil, a pinch of dried oregano, salt and pepper, stir well.
- In a frying pan with olive oil, arrange the fish fillet, previously seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper, and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
- Separately, cut the smoked pepper into thick strips and arrange pieces of fish on top of it, Then wrap.
