  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 200 grams of cooked shrimp
  • 200 grams of cooked Octopus
  • ½ cup of crab pulp
  • 4 slices of Bacon
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 2 dessert spoons of Butter
  • 1 cup of Cream
  • ¼ cup of Milk (60 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
  • 1 unit of Chile chipotle to taste (optional)
  • 1 pinch of pepper to taste

How to make Seafood Stuffed Fish Fillet in Cheese Sauce:

  1. The fillets are seasoned and filled with all the shellfish in small pieces.
  2. They are folded trying not to get the filling out and they are rolled up with the bacon.
  3. They are fried on the grill in little oil.
  4. Blend the cream, cheese, and milk and cook with two tablespoons of onion in butter.
  5. Once the fillet is cooked, it is served and bathed with the cheese and chipotle cream.
