Fish Encocao Recipe

Ingredients to make Fish Encocao:

  • 500 grams of sea bass
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • flower
  • lemon
  • mustard
  • oil
  • Light background of bird or chicken concentrate cube
  • coconut milk

How to make Fish Encocao:

  1. Marinate the pieces of fish in lemon, salt and pepper, apart from having chopped the onion, the bell pepper, the parsley.
  2. Sweat these ingredients with a little oil.
  3. Pass the fish in flour, fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Once this is done, place the previous preparation and add the bird broth, let it reduce and finally add the coconut milk.
  5. Check salt and pepper and serve with white rice and fried plantain.
