Fish cold meat recipe

Ingredients to make Cold Fish:

  • 6 pieces of fish (hake, grouper, sea bass…)
  • 4 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 2 large lemons sliced
  • 2 tomatoes

How to make Cold Fish:

  1. Clean the fish by removing some bones, but keep it with the spine.
  2. Season it with salt, pepper, lemon juice, oregano, cumin and brush it with a little oil.
  3. Cut the onion into a large feather slice.
  4. Put the fish in a wide-based saucepan.
  5. Add the onion, bay leaf, parsley and oil.
  6. Cover, let simmer for 25 minutes or until cooked.
  7. Place the sliced ​​tomato on the preparation and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Keep it until the next day without removing it from its juice.
  9. Serve cold and decorated with lemon slices.
  10. Accompany with salad to taste.
